Set in 1962 in Dakar (Senegal) after the creation of URTNA, the seat is the administrative center of URTNA. He is also responsible for initiating, coordinating and supervising all activities of URTNA and''permanent''Centers. The Secretary General of URTNA is the executive head of the Union to which all centers are directly responsible. |
